You must ensure Bluetooth capability with the thing that you are sending it to. If your PC does not have Bluetooth installed in it, then you should purchase a Bluetooth device to plug into a USP port in order to do so. If you are trying to send it to another phone, you must ensure that the recipient also has Bluetooth enabled and has the capability.
