You should tell your parents you want to learn selfdefence I dont see why they would say no,and also talk to them about having something to protect yourself.

I think batons are illegal in the US, period. I know you can’t go to the store and buy a pocket knife OR pepper spray, but if you can have your mom or dad get it for you. Only use it for self defense though. You can get in trouble if you get caught playing around with pepper spray.

What kind of weapon? Like a gun? You have to be 18 in the US to carry a weapon. When I was your age, my dad bought me pepper spray.

lol A taser can legally be carried without a permit in 43 states. Sorry, but not in Hawaii…:( Pepper spray works really well though, believe me!

I hope that you can tell an adult at school or at home that you feel like you need to defend yourself BEFORE things get out of hand. If someone is threatening you, please tell someone who can protect you legally. L and Aloha, M :)

I carry a knife juust for the heck of it. one time I scared a stalker away.

pocket knives are okay but dont flash it out whenever a guy looks at you funny.
