School tomorrow and I can't sleep.

I have to be up about 7:30 tomorrow. I cant sleep right now. It isnt a big problem, just that I fell to sleep for about 3 hours after school because I was SO tired. I dont do it regularly. Help me get to sleep please? And.. If I had about 4 hours sleep before, will it sort of add up so I get my eight hours full sleep? :S Just wondering. Thanks. x

ally you replyed to my comment so ill do the same for u =] best thing I do is to shut my eyes and think of funny times you will then go into a sort of day dream and before you relize it your dreaming lol unless you do relize it and wake up then your like …damn it lol lets try again pmsl

I have to leave for work at 8am. Thats in 7 and a bit hours and I’m still wide awake…

If I cant sleep the trick I use to falling asleep is trying to stay awake. Works really quick too.
