School dance

Ok, so at my school… We are going to have a halloween dance thingie on the 24th of october… Its called something like a maskaqer ball…or somethin like that. Any ideas for costumes? (its like a ball where like everyone wears a mask) lol

It’s a masquerade ball. I agree with alex_smarts in saying that Phantom Of The Opera would be a good place to draw ideas from. Have you see Sweeney Todd? The one by Tim Burton? There is a masquerade in that movie too.

It’s good to enjoy school activities and make conversation. The best costume to wear is a long black dress and a mask that only covers your eyes with a stick to hold it. (something from phantom of the opera.) This way if you choose to put the mask away, it will be easy.

go for something elegant. basically all you have to do is find a nice dress (like you wold wear to a wedding) and find a simple mask to caver a LITTLE bit of your face. the purpose isn’t to hide who you are, but to add a mysterious air about yourself.

I have a masquerade at my school- just any halloween costume would work. its not a fancy “get a dress and mask” type thing, just a fancy name for a costume-dance. Haha.
