Is this is a scab (read more)?

i made a small wound on my face bleed. the blood dried and seemed to plug up the wound. dried blood or scab?

You could dab it with some warm tissue and if it comes off it will probably be just dried blood.

I think so, a scab is usually like all brown and covers the wound.

it does cover the wound it like plugs it up

If it can be rubbed or washed off its dried blood. A scab is like skin tissue that forms in a night or a few that will protect the wound from infection. Its dried blood that you have and a scab will probably form
