I wont go in to far.

Answer #1

I have heard swimming in any form is a great way to exercise while pregnant. My friend went to the ocean beach everyday during her pregnancy and her children are healthier than an ox.

Answer #2

From what I’ve learnt from living with pregnant women nd helping my mum nd my sister through their pregnancies. The ocean is fine just don’t prolong your stay in the ocean just to be on the safe side. But what you must NOT do is any water sports/activities e.g. waterskiing, scubaing, etc nd under no circumstances ever go into a sauna or jacuzzi while pregnant. Hope this helps (: have fun at the beach darling x

Answer #3

My sister was in the ocean a large majority of her pregnancy, it helped relieve the stress on her back. She never had any problems whatsoever from it.

Answer #4

Its good to stay in the ocean but not for a long time like Ginge says, And the number one thing not to do is watersports.

Answer #5

i go to the ocean on occasion and im pregnant..however; i did get slapped really hard in the stomach with a hard wave..=( lol..but its totally fine to go out in the ocean just be careful about your balance i found it kinda hard to keep up my balance with all those waves slapping me around lol..but yes swimming is a great exercise to do while ur pregnant..doctors fully recommend it..just try not to sunbathe too much..i know my doctors told me to watch on the tanning/sunbathing and wear a good sunblock..gosh my skin still burned bad even though i had a water resistant sunblock of 85 SPF..so just watch out on that would be my advice lol..i hope this helps!! =)
