There are smaller tampons (for the days when women only bleed a little bit). Try one of those first.

Yes, there’s nothing wrong with it as long as they know how to use it properly. Remember to read the warnings on the back about TSS though.

just go for it, whats the worst that can happen? just be slow id say, if your comfortable with wearing them then go for it. but if your blood flow is heavy, you may need regular etc.

It is, but use pads to start and if you do use tampons , make sure your comfortable with them.
