How to start talking to my crush?

I like this guy I have his cell phone number and I really want to talk to him but I dont know how to start it off any advice?

ps. im not really close friends or anything to this guy oh and I dont want to be annoying him

Did he give you his cell phone number? If he did then he obviously wants to talk to you so just call him up and say “hi”. If, however, you got it from someone else then you can call him and tell him who you are and just start talking.

I’m sure if he gave you his number then he wants to talk to you so there will not be a shortage of things to talk about.

well he didnt give me his # but I already talked to him once and the wierd part is when I talked to him he already knew who I was
