Inward, you know right from wrong - you know the answer - if you need help, stand up and don’t stay in denial…I wish you the best !!

Answer #2

oddly enough you are not the first person to lie to get out of rehab. in the rehab community it is known as the game. your councilors were more than likely fully aware of what is going on. if you are still lieing it is more difficult for you to recieve any beneficial help. AMBLESSED hit the word right on the nose- DENIAL

when someone is in denial they have a mental barrier up, sometimes it is nearly impossible to help someone in this state of mind. just remember that more often than not , you will be getting counciled by people who were once addicts themselves- they know all of the tricks, all the warning signs, all the little games.

phrase for the day— YOU CAN’T LIE TO SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN WHERE YOU ARE.

Answer #3

You are the one that has to answer the moral part of your question.

If the rehab got her off of Ecstasy it may have saved her brain. Ecstasy will literally eat holes in brain tissue. Let me say again - Ecstasy physically destroys parts of the brain and the brain will never recover. Each dose increases the damage. (Source is Dr. Drew Pinsky who is an internist and addiction medicine specialist.)

If you are still taking it - STOP. If you are still taking it then from your health view point it is very bad that you lied because you could have gotten help sooner.
