Can someone refuse to go to a rehab/program/hospital?

Could i refuse to go into a program or something for my ED, cutting, and depression? I’m only 13 so does my mom have pretty mucch control over where shes forcing me to go?

she has control since your a minor, if i were you i would definitely go to get some help. being able to accept the help is better than going through those things day to day. i hope things get better for you!

Well she can make you under the condition your in danger. But I’ve had alot of friends get stuck in one of those, and fake it out of it. But you would most likly have to stay for atleast a few weeks. Also if there are peaple who can voutch for you saying that your actully doing better then what you were there is a chance you might not have to go or will help keep you stay out of there as long.

Depends how old the someone is. As a minor, you have few rights when it comes to treatment.
