how do i read without wandering in la la land ?

i am easily distracted thats why i go to my room and lock it but when i read not even half the page my mind is somewhere else

happens to me sometimes. i turn the tv off and focus on the story and pretty soon im lost in the la la land of the book im reading :) just try to foucs thats all i can think of :)

You need to eliminate all distractions first, go into a quiet room, no tv on, no music playing, and turn off your cellphone. If your house isnt quiet…try the library, or under a tree outside in the shade.

Well if your tired u can’t concentrate or Hungry or wutever…I think u should find a book that u absolutely love then u can’t just go into lala land(hahah) cuz u wan to read it so bad
