Questions for the Americans.

I am an American etc. (Korean/American)

I was reading comments from my questions etc… The only thing that caught my attention were the spelling and grammar errors.

?: Why do American (still) have spelling/grammar errors???…(WHEN THEY ARE BORN HERE!!) >:O

It doesnt have anything to do with being american. Although americans get an education it doesnt mean they actually learn how to write well, most people dont even try in school. Also while people are typing online they tend to care even less about their grammer and spelling, in fact I only know one person who cares at all, and he is quite the odd one.

iam american and most of the time people just want to finish or their really busy so they make errors and yes im pretty sure I made mistakes so dont bother checking.

It doesn’t matter if your American or not. People make mistakes. They could be tired/busy/mutitaking/just waking up/ect

OR it’s just the internet and they don’t care. It’s not like were out for grades.

it doesnt matter if youre an american. most people have trouble with grammar and spelling, some more than others. sometimes people type fast and they make a mistake or they do it on purpose to shorten a word. and I agree with imaginethat0. a lot of non-americans make spelling mistakes too, it doesnt matter where youre from.

Yeah, it doesn’t matter if you’re American or not.

It could be anybody, so please dont direct it towards just the Americans. I sure as hell know loads of people- not from America that have spelling mistakes too.
