Where can I read about the kids who put the firecracker in the dog's mouth?

I think sometime recently, a kid put a firecracker in a dogs mouth and taped it shut! Who was this kid? Or kids?? And where can I get the FULL story???

One of my friends posted it on facebook. The picture was so hurtful to look at. I here the kids got like 3 months of community service working for local vets or something. Doesnt sound like enough to me. Humans can be cruel Josie, but we are also capable of unbelievable goodness as well. Try to look for both when you are surfing the net buddy. :)

Idiots….. Oh lets go pick on a puppy. Cuz im so big and bad this puppy will get it. They dont have courage to pick on someone or something that will hurt em back. Poor doggy. Its like pickin on a kitten… are you serious???? its a kitten… its harmless. makes me sick
