Pulling my fingers

How can I stop pulling my fingers? You know, when you pull them so they pop…I can’t stop doing it but I plan to have a flute playinf career so I need to find a way to stop.

every time you think about doing it, do something that really annoys you so your mind relates pulling your fingers with either pain or annoyances. I know how you feel, I used to click my teeth a lot, then I started biting down really hard and then to stop biting down, I started biting my tongue. Not that you needed or wantedto know all that, but I’m just saying, I know how you feel.
