Good prank to pull with balloons

My friend and I blew up 20 balloons , but we don’t know what to do with them , so we decided to pull a prank on her mom with the balloons , but we don’t know what to do :( , is there anything we can do with them ?

Maybe have a knife or a needle tied to a string and have the balloon above the door and when she opens the door, the knife or needle goes down enough to pop the balloon over her head.
