Is it bad to want a prom-themed wedding for your reception?

That question doesn’t even make sense the way its worded. Im assuming you mean a prom themed wedding and reception - and no there is nothing wrong with it. Although “proms” usually have a theme themselves and if they dont its just a bunch of kids dressed up pretty and dancing…nothing that special, so im not sure what would make it so “prom” like and not like a normal wedding reception.

Yeah because I want people to wear things they would wear at a prom and not at a wedding.

I dont think its bad at all. Gives guests a chance to fully dress up in gowns n suita. It would look amazing :) x
