you mean permanent? and you can get them at any salon, if you dont want to go to a salon, some pharmacys that sell dye have coloured dye, as for permanent dye though, manic panic is a good permanent hair dye brand with a huge range of colours, most others will wash out easily. if your hair isnt blonde though you will first need to lighten the area you want pink with bleach or by stripping the colour
you can get a hot pink color, but since its not a natrual hair color it will not last that long. Prob like 3 months, and it will fade to an ugly color. i died it and i need to re do it!
