pregnant and scared =/

I just found out I’m 3 months pregnant. I have an unbelieveably irregular period so I thought nothing of missing it for an extended ammount of time. I took like 10 tests just because I couldn’t believe it was true but surly enough I am. I’ve never had unprotected sex in my life, but as to my allergy to latex I’ve had to use non latex condoms. I’m wondering first off do latex condoms work better then none latex ones and second off I have no clue what to do. I’m 18 I have a job an apartment but the father of the child is nowhere to be found. I feel quite alone in the situation.
