Can any one tell me what are the precautions to be taken for Hair loss?

Brush your hair often, however, don’t rip on your hair, and brushing your hair in the shower is actually really bad! Wear leave in conditioners every-other-day, so it doesn’t get greasy :)

Hair loss is largely hereditary. If the men on your mom’s side of the family are bald than chances are you will be bald as well (for some reason genes from your mother have more to do with this than genes fro your father). Hair loss is also due to androgens (masculating hormones). Castrated men almost always keep a full head of hair their entire life. If you don’t like the way you look bald the only proven way to prevent hair loss are medications like Propecia and Minoxydil. Most people just get used to being bald and don’t miss their hair. I like not having to comb it.
