Pot and xanax

I have not smoked in 4 months or so. Last night I took 4 hits of a blunt and took a 1 mg xanax. How can I get this out of my system quick? Since I have quite for 4 months and only took 4 hits will it get out quicker??? And what about the xanax I took which I haven’t taken one before that in about 6 months. Please help!!!

bullshit. there are plenty products out there that will cleanse your system…if you just need to take a piss test or something. I would say go for old fashioned, pure cranberry juice (not the from concentrate stuff)…about 40 ounces should do the trick.

The fact that you haven’t smoked or taken drugs for months means that the residual effects will not last as long as in a chronic user. However, the only way to get rid of it in your body is time…there is no product that works to cleanse cells.

Im not sure how long you have to get it out of your system, drink a lot of water take cranberry pills, and wear lots of layers and work out. Xanax gets out of your system within 72 hours in general but 4 hits of weed im not sure. I have a friend who takes 2 hits every thursday and gets drug tested on mondays and hasn’t been caught yet.
