What is the point with the food?

I mean even if you choose to eat a muffin instead of a burger, but then you realize that the muffin has 480 calories and the burger has the same calories than the hamburger,so I will be stick with the hamburger. What would you choose if both meals has the same calories.

Answer #1

The one with the least amount of trans fat.

Answer #2

Humans need a number of different nutrients. Indeed eating one hamburger isn’t a bad thing but if you ate almost nothing but hamburgers you would be ignoring many of your nutritional needs. Muffins can be healthy foods but to tell the truth a lot of the muffins being sold are basically cake baked in a muffin tin. A healthy diet is varied with lots of different foods. Most people don’t get enough whole grains, vegetables, or fruit so meals with these foods is generally a step in the right direction. A hamburger on a white bun has no fiber and only a few vitamins. A lot of people live on almost all nutrient sparse foods like hamburgers, pizza, tacos, fried foods, etc.
