As Jillian from the biggest loser says, weight loss is a simple math equation. You gotta burn more calories than you take in. Start counting calories. 1500 a day is a good place to start considering you look young. Fruits and vegetables and lots of them, limit your meat intake to 4 ounces a day, limit your dairy and eliminate bread for a few weeks, even whole grain. If you have satellite television you should have FIT TV. Gilad and Sharon Mann both have daily aerobic and weight training videos that should kick your butt for you. If you don’t have FIT Tv buy a few exercise videos, The Method series are really good but hard. Buy some hand weights. If you don’t want to do that, bundle up warm and go outside. Trudge through the snow, that should burn a zillion calories a day. You can diet all you want but the only way to healthfully lose the weight you want to lose, you can’t just calorie count, you have to exercise. 1 pound of muscle will burn 200-300 calories a day. fat will only burn about 14 calories. cardio three days a week. strength training two. Count your calories, eat healthy and I guarantee you will start to lose weight within a few weeks. remember, the first week or two will be incredibly difficult because your liver will first dig out the reserve sugar in it for energy which will give you horrible food cravings but take heart as they do go away after a few weeks and eating healthfully and in the right portions will get much easier. I went from 142 to 137.4 in a week following this plan and I feel fantastic! I started at 145 after having my second baby. I have 12 pounds left to lose until I reach my goal and I finally feel confident that I can get there! Good luck to you!
Just so you know, what I’m about to say is based on personal experience. I am 5’ 6” and live in a fairly cold big city and dropped from 140 to 125 lbs in about a month. Never took any diet pills or drank Red Bull but did take a multivitamin when I could remember.
Ok, ready?!

Eat whatever you crave, but eat less of the junk food (cookies, donuts, candy, etc). Overload on fresh fruits/veggies, meats. The trick is to eat 1/4 of what you take, STOP, and walk away. If you are still roaring hungry, go back for the 2nd 1/4. If not - STOP EATING. This alone does 80% of the weight loss for you.

Do the “prison yard” exercise. It’s simple - jumping jacks, pushups (on your knees is ok), situps, dips, etc. You can do most of it off the floor or a chair. Do 2 sets of each, ~10 to 12 reps per set. Do ~100 jumping jacks a day. That’s all you need.

Drink like a fish, but drink WATER mostly. I still had lots of OJ and soda but made sure for each 1 had had I’d do 2 waters later. Invest in lots of toilet paper. It’s annoying to go to the bathroom a lot, but this also makes your skin look gorgeous!

Lastly, lose the guilt trip. Don’t feel bad about yourself. Just remember to stay about 40% hungry all the time (that’s 60% full) so you’re not stuffed like after Thanksgiving dinner, and it will probably work out.
Good luck!
I live in north dakota and right now its -35 wind chill…layer up. wear long sleeves, pants on top and a face mask. RUN RUN RUN!! one you start running you wont be cold. but dont start to sweat or you will get wet and cold… peel off layers as you start to sweat. dont say you cant work out because its cold… there are TONS of routines you can do inside that are still effective.
u should buy a dance mat! lol they are good and because where I live its always dark when I have spare time and its nearly always cold and rainy.. I use a dance mat and burn like 700 calories an hour and I lose weight well good with that! and its fun! buy 1!
Why dont you ask your boyfriend to come and exercise with you thats a good way to lose weight and a keep a good communication with you n your boyfriend
