Suffering to lose weight

Am 4 month at the gym and lost only 5 kg. I’m eating healthy more veg and fruit, protein. Is there anything wrong with my hormones am really annoyed am suffering to lose weight and this is the result does anyone of you happend with the same situation???.

Take body measurements. Weight is very misleading. muscle weight much much more than fat, you could lose very little weight, but drop a quite a few clothes sizes.

YES! I did measured myself and I dropped from size 16 to size 12 there is a change.

its just how you are but if you set your mind to I you will loose weight so just runalot ato burn fat and work your mucseks to have a great body!

Be careful how much fruit you eat. There are carbohydrates in most fruit and that will help keep you from losing weight.

Try drinking a glass of water before each meal and snack, and that will help you eat less which will help you loose weight. Plus, always eat a good breakfast as that helps get your metabolism started which helps burn calories.
