How to get rid of pimples?

how do I get rid of my pimples I’ve got too many and I wana make them go away but how?

My skin is really tough, so all the mild stuff like pro-active and clean and clear didn’t work for me. I had to go to a dermatologist and first I tried Retin-A gel and tetrocyclene, and then a stronger retin-A and monocyclene, and then I tried benzaclin which worked really well, and then I stopped that for a while and tried All-Clear and that is quite strong - you have to make sure you use all three products: the astingent, the creame and the face scrub. Benzaclin really worked well, I’d suggest that. But if you don’t want to go to a dermatologist, definitely ask your family doctor if she has any suggestions. 

  My sister swears by Witchhazel with aloe, which you can find at Wal Mart or similar places.  Also, if you use concealer or cover up, make sure it's non-communogenic (sp), it's better for your skin and isn't oil based.

I only got a few pimples right before a big date or a big test,this was a BIG problem.to make pimples disappear just put tooth paste on them at night and then when you wake up wash it off and keep your face clean.this really does work great.

just apply lemon juice onto your pimples and leave for 15 mins then wash it off. and put it on at night and wash off in the morning. its really good and will help to get rid of your pimples.

well I have acne to…and its hard to talk to a boy when that happens soo just get clearasil altera it really really works and you do get convidice and now I have the boy of my dreams

U shud use exfoliator or make your own with salt crystals and oils like lavender you can buy these exfoliating gloves to put it on with as well but dont rub to hard or else they start to bleed as I found out :p good luck xx

Make sure you don’t use too strong a cleanser. Turns out, if it’s too strong your body thinks there’s not enough oil so it makes MORE oil. I suggest using a mild cleanser and an oil-free lotion so your body thinks your face is oily enough when it’s just the lotion. Good luck!
