How do I get the pictures from my Droid to my Dell laptop using the USB cord?

You have to install VW Access Manager (the disk) and after that plus the phone into the computer and it should pop up asking what you’d like to do.

When you connect it you go to the little window that pops up and you click on it and it should say to import pictures, or you can sync it or something.
