Can having your period cause the front of your thigh to hurt ?

Not that I know of. It’s most likely a pulled muscle/bruise/minor injury that happened to show up around the same time as your period, just a coincidence.

I use to get cramps so bad they would hurt my lower back, stomach and even run down the front upper part of my legs. It was horrible. For mine I found taking advil and heat was a bit of help (though sadly nothing offer total pain relief) I hope you feel better soon.

I don’t hve periods anymore cuz I had surgery but if just midol doesn’t work try takein a midol then bout half an hr later soak in a nice hot water for a little while, or try ibuprophen it works well to

Yes it can cause you thighs to hurt and other muscles. Try a magnesium supplement or eating bananas. That should help with all types of cramps.

I never found Midol worked for me. Ibuprophen (advil, motrin) worked better for me. Nice hot bubble bath does wonders for nasty cramps.
