I don’t think there is an actual percent, ‘cause some people don’t tell and hide it, therefore, it wouldn’t be accurate.

According to one study 17-28% of teens and young adults self-injure. I took a class on compulsion and the number we were given was in that range. But, like Diana said, the number is possibly inaccurate because self-report isn’t going to give you a great idea.
