people want to b my friends just because of popularity
my cousins are kind of popular I guess…and like now people at my school are trying to be my friends, even though they used to be jerks! im a huge nerd! people made fun of me like my whole life! now all of a sudden…they are like…calling me their BFF, its weird…any advise?
Use your best judgement and see if they show the qualities of a good friend - looks after your best interests - supports you when you’re right but lets you know when you’re wrong - would never do anything to hurt your feelings or make you look bad…and you always remember: it’s nice to be important, but much more important to be nice…Take care !!

They don’t deserve your friendship.
Keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer.You can be friends with them just dont tell them anything or give them any information about anything that they can use to embaress you. But if you dont want to be friends with then than you should just ignore them.Its really up to you.
