Why are people criticized for being pro-life?

No because people have different opinions.. just because you think you’re right doesn’t prove they’re wrong

People tend to dislike when people disagree with them. People like to think they are right and what they think is right, must be right. A lot of people aren’t open-minded enough to accept other people’s beliefs and opinions. It’s like the whole religious person talking down on atheist/ atheist talking down on religious persons.

Because everyone has different opinions and they both think they’re right.. but just because you think you’re right doesn’t prove they’re wrong :/

I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that you, admittedly, are trying to change their views and opinions. It’s okay to disagree with people, but if you want them to accept and respect your opinion, you have to give them the same respect and not try to force your opinion on them.

You just mentioned your problem right there, you are trying to change their beliefs i.e. you don’t respect their opinions, so how do you expect them to respect yours. Stop preaching to pro-choicers and you will find them hating you a lot less.

Well, so does being “pro-life” mean you believe women should be forced to serve as a human incubator for 9 months for a baby she does not want? By being “pro-life” you are also against women’s reproductive rights. A lot of people tend to be critical of viewpoints that want to take rights away from everyone else.
