Why do people go crazy about herpes?

no. i just always thought it is easy to get rid of and thought (wow why do people just go crazy)

Well I know someone that is going to go through surgery, but he’s been going through this surgery 4 times for this herpes problem.

Because it’s herpes. Nobody want’s herpes.

You can die from it.

you cant get rid of herpes. the virus is always inside of you.

It’s unpleasant.

Because herpes is an STD and it’s uncurable. And super contagious and painful and disgusting. And you can get it not only on uour mouth but on your genitals. Herpes is forever, man.

It IS an STD. It’s uncomfortable, unsightly, and quite frankly, gross. It’s incurable there is only medication that helps relieve some of the symptoms but once you get it, you’re stuck with it.

Maybe because, regardless of what you think, type II herpes IS an STD, and one that can have long-term consequences in addition to the fact that they cause discomfit. The herpes virus remains in your body, and can lead to types of cancer, and can put long-term strain on your immune system. This makes you more susceptible to other infections. It can also lead to viral meningitis

Because it’s kinda gross.
