I’m not sure about pectin but I know drinking LOTS of water and cranberry pills can help flush your system. If you’ve been a heavy smoker it’ll take most likely around a month without smoking for your test to come up clean though.
And you need 1 packet to half gallon of water. But be warned it’s not for sure if this will work. If you’ve been someone who smokes rarely your chances of passing are greatly increased.
well tanks bunches do i need to drink all of it ive been a smoker for years and the company i work for decided to start random screens i still been smokin like once a week trying real hard to quit

If you’ve only been smoking once a week it wont be as hard to clean your system as smoking multiple times a week would be. But yes you have to drink it all.
