Pains in stomach

This morning when I woke up I had some pains in my stomach and my bottom area and it later and they are still there and I havent had a period in 4 months what could be the cause of this is it related to something else or period,pregnancy?

You haven’t had a period in 4 months and your just starting to worry now? Get your butt to the doctor as soon as possible, what are you waiting for?

I had the same thing and im DEFINITELY not pregnant im fine

yes but I took a test about a month ago and they said it was negative
