Confused About Love

I have been with my boyfriend for about a year now and about a month ago he started acting different around me. He used to hug and cuddle me all the time now he doesn’t. He used to tell me that he loved me all the time but now I have to tell him first most of the time and instead of saying I love you too he say you too. Do you think he still wants to be with me or am I wasting my time?

I think your boyfriend might have lost interest in you or the relationship. The only way to be certain is for you to talk to him about. He also could just be dealing with something and is distracted. The best way to know is to ask him.
