Keep it. I’ve sadly had mine since I was 12! And I still love it to this day. Nose rings are so cute, don’t take it out until you are old and wrinkley haha
dunt take it out cause I’ll tell you youll regret it..I had a lot of piercings and I took most of them out and I just sat there and was like I should have never doen it … keep it in it prollii looks hot!!
You are the only one that can make that decision, but if you are talking about that little stone in your nose I think it looks ok.
