I lost my happy, anyway of getting it back?

I lost my happy, dang it almost had it for a whole day, anyway of getting it back?

the key is to have a positive outlook on life. if the glass is half full, than it doesn’t matter that there’s only half a glass. find some people that make you happy when you’re around them, and hang out with ‘em all the time. also, feel free to grow up a little. why is YOUR life so devoid of happiness? stop focusing on how bad you have it, and help someone else to be happier. lose yourself in the pursuit of someone else’s happiness, and you’ll be happier yourself.

I use music to cheer me up. Also any form of excercise will release endorphines and make you happier. But here, this should help start you off…

Do something you enjoy. If you need to be alone to be happy agen then go out side and just look around anf try to find something tha twould make you happy agen.
