How to get my voice back fast? I’ve lost my voice today and have a baseball tournmaent starting tomorrow. I really need it back for I can cheer and be very vocal? So what should I do ?
I had almost the same problem. I’m in a band and we had to perform the next day early in the morning. Then around 5 in the afternoon I had to cheer for a basketball game because im in the cheerleading team. what I did is: drank a cup of lemon juice before I went to sleep, inhaled the steam from the shower, and kept quiet until the next day. good luck!
