Why does my Nokia 5230 battery heat up so quick?
The Touchscreen one, not the normal keypad.
I think there may be a manufacture problem with the battery and they heat up after any extended use. It seems to be something others are suffering from too. Can you take the phone back and inquire at the store you bought it from? Maybe they’ll give you a new battery.
May be due to overuse? As a safety measure, you would want to replace it asap. An overheated mobile can be very unsafe to use.
Well…I’m on mxit 24/7. i dont ever log off even when i’m not chatting, but i do minimize it. sometimes even when i’m not on mxit, my battery dies quick.
