No audio device, when there is?

My sound wasnt working so I went to control panal and it says “No audio device”

But my speakers ARE plugged in because they’re green light is lit up.

Are they plugged into the proper port? Do your particular speakers require a driver? Did you run through the setup wizard if they are plug and play?

is your audio driver installed properly? if not then reinstall the audio driver.
