Need to lose weight.

Anyone know how I can loose 30lbs. - 35lbs. as quick as possible? I’m 15 and I am this much overweight and my doctor say I need to loose it. He say that its going to be harder later on, if I don’t start trying now. He don’t tell me how, though. All he say is eat healthier, and that really basically it. I was also wondering if anyone would join me? Like buddies trying to loose weight or something.. Though, no one fakin it, please. I need someone who really needs help, too. Though, honestly at this moment, I would do anything to loose the weight.. Many at my church do a fasting thing, so I was thinking of doing that myself, even though, I am a little younger but only by a couple years, so I was thinking about doing the same. Plus, I hear it cleanses the body and all that, which just sounds awesome! Anyhow, please no bad comments on the fasting idea. But so if anyone NEEDS to loose weight and who is willing to join me, please message me. Thanks so much! Bye.

omg I need to lose 30 lbs by april-ish. I’ve been trying so hard for about a year and a half! I even joined the track and soccer team, and I threw out all mi Halloween candy!!! I hate being overweight and no matter what I JUST CANT LOSE ANY!! it gets me so pissed. funmail me!!!

2 pounds a week is 40 pounds by april… dont give up… you just need to cut back on unhealthy food and keep exercising… try meal plans, and try and get your family involved, it’s really hard to lose weight on your own!

fasting is not a good way to lose weight… any weight you lose will immediately come back the minute you stop fasting… also I dont think your doctor said you have to lose weight quickly… doctors generally recommened about 2 pounds a week as a healthy goal… that way in 4 months you’re down to what you want to be and you probably wont regain that weight if it’s done properly… try adding salads and fruits to all your meals… (you’ll eat less of the bad stuff that way)
