Need to lose weight
Im about 5’7 ft an di weigh bout 17 stone ;/ im 15! And im just sitting here gettin fat as each day goes by, I bareley eat sweets, I ent the sort to pick and eat all day, I useual just have a bacon sandwich or, bacon on toast for breaky, or I just dont bother at all, and then for dinner depening on what days we go out for dinner for a curry, or chinease or kebab ect. I hate being fat ;/ but when do dicide to do excersie I give up on it aqfter a few days ;/ What can I do?

im lazy so im gettin fatter and I will exercise for a few days then give up. and being on the computer complaining about it isnt helping.
Really, if you want to make a difference, you don’t need to make a dramatic change. Look into the amount of calories you eat a day. I had the EXACT same problem and I couldn’t believe. It was like I was eating the most caloric foods in the world. You might be surprised to learn you are eating CRAZY amounts of calories a day.
This is not a quesiton, can you try restating this into a questoin??
