Ps: if I go to control pannel and check the sounds games etc I cannot check any boxes , and there is no audio device found.

Go to control panel, then sound devices.Look to the left side and it should say (advanced) open that and make sure all your volume keys are up and all the mute boxes are unchecked.

It sounds like when you wiped your computer it may of wiped out your sound driver, it may be your computer, does it have an onboard sound driver? Have you been into manage audio devices menu? Although ounds like a tech job rather than a sound one, so it’s kindda beond my knoledge I’m not a computer technician, although training as a sound engineer, I hope I have been somewhat of a help. Regards.
