Need help from experts or experiance with newborn laborders

Ok my sisters dog had babys like 3 or 4 days ago there laborders the dog had about 9 puppys 4 guys and 5 girls they all look healthy except for one it’s a guy white lab I’m at there house right now and it’s a little cold so my sister has had it in a box with a lamp and with blankets to its seperated from the rest and the mother it’s smaller than the rest and it doesn’t wanna drink milk they think it’s going to die but I have hope is there anything I can do to save it it crys and then goes to sleep what else can I do help please

Most of the time in a large litter one puppy will pass, Mothers instinct is to push it away and let it die, You could try to feed it every four hours by buying Puppy replacement milk, most vet’s sell this. Also keeping it warm, they have a hard time maintaing there own body temp at this age. However don’t be upset if the little one just does not make it, there is nothing you or the mother did wrong, This is common and mother knows best.
