You can take an 8oz glass of water with a tablespoon of Metamucil before your meals. This will help you not eat as much. Also try to cut back on your calorie intake. Eat smaller amounts of food and if you walk at least 30 minutes a day - that will help speed up your metabolism.
try the low carb diet…trust me it works..I’ve tried so many diets and this is the only diet you can go on that you dont need to exercise..I lost 4.1 kilos in 1 week… also learnt that ‘fat’ is not the bad guy that people make it out to be its ‘carbs’ remember 80% is the eating and 20% is exercise…exercising defintly helps with the weight loss…good luck :)
