Mystery case files: agent x

I just bought mystery case files: agent x for my phone. when I went to the story mode and and selected haywire to begin playing connecting comes up then downloading then pocessing then the screen just goes back to the screen that asks you what level you want to play. Does anyone know how to fix this??? Any advice is welcome Thanks
