My Rats eyes look a little buggy

Is there somthing wrong with him?

maybe theyve always been that way… I cant remember… but if they are buggy and not normal.. what could be wrong with him?

With my rabbits I put water in a bottle and make sure its cold and they lay on it to cool down and they chew on it and play with it

I dont knwoo if hes tired… he seems pretty hyper… and he has a ton of water and doesnt seem hot…

if he is hot, how can I cool him down?
