HELP!!! my neck really hurts whenever I try to move it! what can I do to help iit not feel so bad!
Hey Hun I know how you feel My neck hhurt onetime do the docter said Put heat than cold heat than cold than heat Just make sure you always end In heat Leave each session on for 5 min This should help and say heat helps more than cold than just put heat on for 15min or vise a versa So leave heat on for five than cold on for five Hope that help
ok, I will try it, I went to sleep for a little bit and that seemed to help a little bit!
