My life is messed up

Just because your mother and sister yelled at you, that doesn’t mean your entire life is messed up. Do as your councillor says and talk to them, tell them it’s bothering you. I’m sure they’ll try and help.

Awww :( Hun, we all have these types of problems at this age. I think you should express how you feel to your mom because its SOOO unhealthy to keep things bottled up it could lead up to depression & suicidal thoughts. As for a therapist they CAN NOT give ANY of your information out to anyone if you ask them not to. Your young & you still have lots to live for. When you have a bad day just smile about it dont let it get you down :)

OKAY, EVERYONE HAS THEIR FAMILY PROBLEMS. A THERAPIST DOESNT TELL ANYONE YOUR BUSINESS, AND IF THEY DO YOU CAN SEW THEM FOR THAT, BUT YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR MOM HOW YOU FEEL, AND IF SHE DOESNT LISTEN, THEN TRY WRITING IT IN A LETTER, AND IF THAT DOESNT WORK AT LEAST YOU TRIED, BUT FIND AN ADULT THAT YOU CAN TRUST AND TELL THEM ALL YOUR PROBLEMS, KEEPING YOUR FEELINGS BOTTLED UP IS NOT A GOOD THING, WISH YOU ALL THE LUCK!

Your therapist can not tell anyone unless they believe your life is in danger… So ya, get a therapist, they are professionals, they know what to do.
