there is special vitamins for your hair, go to your drugstore. i’m in italy and I use a product called Lievito Sohn, it works GreAT! when im in NY I use this gelatin powder, it works great, you put it in a glass and drink it, its for your hair, skin and nails, and is 100% natural!
