My foot feels weird!
Okay so I hit my foot the other day I didnt think too much of it because at the time it really didn’t hurt. But the next day it hurt and I know that I should of put ice on it because now its bruised lol yeah im kinda stupid and I didnt put ice on it at all for the whole week it hurt but I just dealt with it. So now I put ice on it last night and it has gotten better but now when I bend my foot it feels really weird. When I bend it it feels like I have a rubber band on the top of my foot. Its in the middle of my foot and it feels really weird. It feels like something is streaching in there lol I dont think I should be laughing about this but I usually laugh at my own injuries lol
It sounds like you sprained something or just bruised it, the fact that you can move it AND can laugh about it indicates that it isn’t to serious. :)
