Weird stomach feelings
Okay so well im going into highschool & when I was in grade 6, one day at gymnastics we were doing pushups when all of a sudden my vagina made like a weird feeling. It was like it was tighteing but it felt good. So ever since then, I lie on the floor and when I do pushups or cross my legs when im lying on my stomach when I do this thing my vagina gets a really goood feeling its addicting but I want to stop but I can’t. Becuase well my vagina kind of like “ throbs “ . Liike when I sit down it throbs and I can’t sit still. Nobody knows that I do this. Not even my parents. I can’t tell them & I never will its to embarassing & I’ve been doing it for almosto 2years. Another thing, I have these weird stomach feelings. I can’t like just sit down and watch tv or go to the movies becuase im worried that my stomahc feelings will come back. Its like a warm feeling that gets biggter & bigger & I can’t sit still I have to get up and move. Please help me.

I think I use to get what you got but I would get from kinda of like you from why legs crossed and lying down. it just your body getting more familular with your female sexuality its nothing to worry about I got it when I was like eight and I slowly stopped doing it over an amount of time.

That throbbing is called kegal movements. It strengthens your inner musculature, the muscles are used to help push out a baby when you give birth. Its not bad to exercise these muscles at all and yeah, sometimes it can feel really good because its in such a sensitive place. Don’t worry about it!
